3. Quotations and orders

Website content is not an offer. Quotations, samples and order terms become binding only when confirmed in writing by both parties, including by email or WhatsApp message. Changes to style, quantity or artwork after confirmation may affect price and lead time.

4. Custom orders and intellectual property

You must own, or be authorised to use, the logos, artwork and other materials you supply. You are responsible for any claim arising from materials that infringe third-party rights.
